LONDON (Dow Jones)--Libya has offered two 50,000-metric-ton cargoes of crude for loading any day in May or June in a tender, traders told Dow Jones Wednesday.
Traders said they didn't know why the country was offering the oil so close to its loading date, though one said that it was a trend with recent tenders that seemed to be "last minute."
