The International Finance Corporation ("IFC") is pleased to confirm the payment of its periodic distribution of USD 1,518,500.00 due on May 3, 2011 on its USD 100,000,000,  3.037% Trust Certificates maturing on November 3, 2014. The payment of the aforementioned distribution will be made today May 3, 2011.
