With a value exceeding SR 453 million Saudi Riyals
His Highness Prince Saud Bin Abdullah bin Thunayyan Al Saud, Chairman of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, has signed at his office in Jubail Industrial City four contracts of a total value of more than 453 million Saudi Riyals, comprising the field of telecommunication network, power stations and distribution networks and community area development in Jubail Industrial City.
The first contract, awarded to Saudi Services for Electromechanic works Co. was for the expansion of community power networks at the amount of (251,910,400) Saudi Riyals and a performance period of two and a half years approximately.
The second contract was awarded to Al-Osais Company for Transport and Road Construction for the preparation of the 2nd part of Al-Matrafia District site at the price of (91,627,539) Saudi Riyals and a performance period of two years approximately,.
The third contract was awarded to Abdullah Al-Khodari Sons Company in association with Abdulaziz Rajab and Abdullah Silsila Company for construction of power transforming stations for stage II of Jubail (2) for the amount of (71,761,500) Saudi Riyals and a performance period of two years.
The fourth contract to be undertaken by Asas Universal Co. Ltd. was for the Operation & Maintenance of communication and power network for the price of (37,998,000) Saudi Riyals and performance period of five years.
These contracts were executed to keep abreast of the performance of several development and utility projects in both the community and industrial areas topped by Jubail II project works which the Royal Commission has already achieved wide progress.
