HSE Leaders in Energy Sector to Discuss Risks and Preventive measures

8th Annual HSE Forum in Energy to take place between 8 - 10 Octobers in Doha - Qatar
Managing safer facilities under cost, human, process and environmental constraints has been a growing challenge for years. Now coupled with the resonating implications of industrial disasters and the gaze of media and government fixed firmly on HSE practitioners, it has never been tougher for HSE professional to sustain a high level of standard and practise.

To revisit the current standards and develop stringent guidelines, Fleming Gulf announces the 8^th edition of the Annual HSE Forum in Energy scheduled for 8 - 10 October in Doha Grand Hyatt Hotel, Qatar.

Under the patronage of H.E. Dr. Mohammed Bin Saleh Al-Sada, Minister of Energy & Industry and Chairman of Qatar Petroleum , the conference cum exhibition will bring together 350 leading regional and international industrial stakeholders from the oil and gas sectors to chart; identify solutions essential to ensuring effective health and safety management and sustainable environmental practices.

Embedding the theme "Refining the Vision: Turning Commitment into Reality", the conference will reflect that though times are tough, requiring new approaches to cope with the impounding pressures; it is fundamentally important to remain committed to sustainable HSE performance and prioritize to align it with corporate goals.

Quoting from the previous edition of the forum, Saad Al Kubaisi, Corporate HSE Manager at Qatar Petroleum stated- 'This is the right place. It gives us more tips on how to think strategically and we can exchange information and technologies and it assists us to achieve our goals'.

Officially supported by Qatar Petroleum and endorsed by ASSE, IOSH, NEBOSH & BOHS, the conference tracks will drill down into the specifics of HSE Economics, Striving for Safety Excellence, Developing Healthy Workforces and Aiming for Environmental Sustainability. Featuring 40 plus speakers and a choice of over 30 sessions, the conference promises to offer a rich selection of industry-leading education and debate.
