What is the ISP - Integrated Service Package?
The ISP (Integrated Service Package) is the exclusive, hassle free vehicle service and maintenance package of Mercedes-Benz, which provides for the basic maintenance service of the customers' Mercedes-Benz vehicle according to the manufacturer's recommendation for a period of 5 years or 105,000 KM (Whichever comes first) free of charge.
The Mercedes-Benz ISP (Integrated Service Package) is designed to help maintain our customers' new Mercedes-Benz vehicle at the optimum operating condition for the best performance. All you have to do is simply book a service appointment and visit our authorized Mercedes-Benz workshop at the designated maintenance intervals. Our certified Mercedes-Benz After-Sales Technicians will take care of your vehicle by ensuring that it is maintained according to the manufacturer's recommendation, and also ensure that only the Mercedes-Benz Genuine spare parts and approved care products are used during the service of your vehicle.
