Abu Dhabi: First Gulf Bank (FGB) said on Monday it has appointed Hana Al Rostamani as Head of Consumer Banking Group effective June 1. Al Rostamani’s appointment follows Amit Wanchoo’s decision to leave the bank. Al Rostamani is currently Chairman of two of FGB’s key retail businesses, ‘Aseel Finance’ and ‘Dubai First’. Andre Sayegh, CEO of First Gulf Bank, stated Al Rostamani’s experience and leadership will ensure that the bank “maintains a strong performance of FGB’s consumer banking business and drive continued growth”.
