The Emirates Identity Authority has announced changes in the official timings of its Fujairah Customer Services Centre. As per the new timings, the Centre will function from 7 am to 5 pm. The change in the timings is aimed at serving the customers better and helping them save time and effort. 

Naser Al Abdouli, Director of Services Centers Support at the Emirates ID, said the new timings would come into effect from October 4, 2015. "This is in line with the UAE program for outstanding government service. The new timings were decided on the basis of a study at different services centers on the preferences of the customers who preferred the period before 5 pm to complete their transactions," he explained.

Al Abdouli stressed that the Authority's Fujairah Centre was fully equipped to provide excellent services to the customers. "The Centre consists of 11 service lines and is capable of receiving 500 customers per day. The Authority always strives to render its services in the quickest possible manner to its customers," he added.

The Emirates ID called upon all its customers to get in touch with it via its various communication channels in case they need any assistance or information. The call center of the Authority (600530003) functions round the clock throughout the week. The customers can also contact via the Authority's social media pages on facebook and twitter, in addition to the direct communication service on its official website. They can also visit the Authority's centres across the UAE.

The Authority pointed out that the customers could get the locations and addresses of the various centers and their telephone numbers using the google map service on its website www.id.gov.ae. They can access this service on the main page of the website by clicking the link for the Authority's centers.
