Actually their establishment in 2007 was an award; submitting among different contestants - they have been selected by the Technology Incubation Program (TIP) - ITIDA, Egyptian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology: "alKhawarizmy has started incubation with our program in January 2008; since then they have been one of our most committed projects. During the recent wildfires, we have asked other incubated projects to learn from their vigor and enthusiasm that show flamboyantly in their vision. Through their incubation period, alKhawarizmy has manifested absolute reliability and principled action with all of our support services. alKhawarizmy is a powerful cultural based Arabic technology that has a lot of innovation and attraction to Investors & Content owners" Commented Mr. Ahmed Laiali, TIP Manager, TIEC - MCIT. Through persistence and efforts, they achieved their first PO four months after graduation; more important than the PO is the entity which selected them, alAhram, one of the Largest Newspapers in the Middle-East.

"alKhawarizmy is an exemplary project given the structural peculiarities of the Arabic language, but also a future project for the region with the development of search engines" - this was the comment attributed to the technology by Bénédict de Saint-Laurent, Representative of the MedAlliance (the network of Euro-Mediterranean Economic Development Agencies, CCIs and Business Federations). In December 2010, among the 30 finalists, the company was awarded the best cultural project in the Mediterranean basin.

By February 2011; they were selected among the top 30 semi-finalists at the MIT Business Plan Competition, over more than 3780 contestants; and success to continue.
