JEDDAH, Saudi Arabia - January 29, 2015: Bab Rizq Jameel (BRJ), part of Abdul Latif Jameel Community Initiatives (ALJCI) has helped close to 250 young Saudi Arabians to find employment at call centres via Etisal, a subsidiary of Riyada. 

"We were very keen to find qualified nationals for these positions and are impressed by the effort BRJ made to provide us with such a large number of competent young Saudi nationals," Mohammed Al Nahdy, Director of Recruitment at Etisal, said.

Around 400 applicants were interviewed during the last three months of 2014, out of which 250 passed the selection process.

"The selected candidates will be working in call centres at a number of big organizations with monthly salaries, allowances and benefits ranging between SR4,000 and SR7,000. In addition, they will receive further incentives as well as career development assistance," said Al Nahdy.

Yahya Hassan Al Zahrany, Recruitment Specialist at BRJ Jeddah, said that a unique relationship based on trust had developed between BRJ and Etisal over the years.

"Etisal knows it can trust BRJ to provide the required human resources when it needs them. Equally, the young applicants have found an opportunity to climb up the career ladder at Etisal," Al Zahrany added.
