Australian real estate agency chosen to list Anantara-branded luxury apartments on behalf of renowned hospitality developer Seven Tides - up to 13% guaranteed ROI for five years

Raine & Horne Dubai has signed an exclusive contract with Dubai-based luxury hospitality developer Seven Tides, to market the freehold luxury five-star Anantara Residences on the Palm Jumeirah, worth AED 1.4 billion.

The signing ceremony which took place in Dubai was attended by Abdulla bin Sulayem, CEO of Seven Tides and Angus Raine, Executive Chairman and CEO of Raine and Horne.

"This is a major coup for Raine & Horne Dubai, which already employs 25 real estate professionals, and this listing demonstrates that the team led by experienced property specialists Sanjay Chimnani and Surender Bhojwani will make a major mark on the emirate's real estate market," said Angus Raine, Executive Chairman and CEO of Sydney-based Raine & Horne.

Also present at the signing, highlighting the significance of the contract win were, Australian Federal Trade Minister Andrew Robb, Australian Ambassador to the UAE Pablo Kang, and Australian Consul General to Dubai, Gerard Seeber, who were leading a trade delegation which visited key markets in the Middle East.
