Dubai, UAE - On 30 November 2011, Depa Limited ("Depa" or "the Company") received notification from that on 27 November 2011, Morgan Stanley & Co International Plc acquired an additional 800,000 shares in the Company, at a price of $0.39 each.

Following the above transactions, Morgan Stanley and its subsidiary companies holds 31,117,340 ordinary shares representing 5.06% of the issued share capital, up from 4.93%.
