Airline staff and dependents to benefit from dedicated healthcare facility

Sharjah, UAE; July 25, 2015: Air Arabia has signed a Service Level Agreement with University Hospital Sharjah outlining a broad framework for healthcare services and education for the airline's staff.

As part of the agreement, the hospital will determine the primary, secondary and tertiary care needs of the staff and dependents and make referrals to the relevant specialists, as needed.

Commenting on the agreement, Adel Ali, Group Chief Executive Officer, Air Arabia, said: "We are pleased to partner with University Hospital Sharjah, a prominent healthcare facility that is well-equipped to administer quality support for Air Arabia's specific needs. Having a strong and reliable medical partner is of paramount importance, mandating a strict emphasis on medical training healthcare. University Hospital Sharjah will also work on with creating an awareness programme on health conditions commonly affecting the residents of UAE, as part of a best-practice medical training for Air Arabia employees. Also, the hospital will conduct a series of complimentary health talks and screenings for Air Arabia's staff and dependents.
