Entrepreneurial approach to CSR wins logistics provider the title at the SCATA awards

DUBAI: Agility, a leading global logistics provider, took home the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) award at the annual Supply Chain & Transport Awards (SCATA) ceremony.

Now in its tenth year, SCATA event brings together the region's logistics, air cargo and sea freight communities, recognizing industry players for excellence across a number of different categories.

Agility was named winner in the CSR category based on work it has done to measure and reduce the environmental impact of its customers and operations.

Kevin Hill, Regional Director Sales & Marketing MEA, who attended the event and accepted the award on behalf of Agility, said: "This award is testament to the success of our entrepreneurial approach to CSR. We work closely with our stakeholders to shape our CSR priorities and program executions, and take our leadership position in emerging market logistics very seriously. We will continue to conduct our business with integrity, with close regard to ethics and compliance, giving back to our communities, and being mindful of the planet and our environmental impact on it."

Agility's CSR initiatives have evolved over the years.
