Abu Dhabi Finance partner with Biz-ability to provide the leadership development of staff members across different business functions
Abu Dhabi, UAE - 13 May 2012: Abu Dhabi Finance, the Emirate's leading home finance provider, celebrated the graduation of ten staff members upon completion of the leadership program 'Leadership Journey', accredited and supported by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM). Biz-ability conducted this training to improve and develop the leadership skills of ADF staff.
Leadership development is a journey; it cannot be achieved through a one-off training programme. The programme consisted of a series of modules spread over an 18-months period ensuring the training was absorbed and could be practiced back in the workplace. A combination of learning techniques were used to ensure continuous development and that the learning accountability sits with the participant. The ADF programme included organisation-specific learning objectives, achieved through training room work, exercises, assignments and coaching.
The partnership reflects ADF's commitment to continuously developing the skills of its talent and to ensure that the best products and services are delivered by the best professionals to its clients.
