Abu Dhabi - May, 18 2011, The Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company (ADMA-OPCO) honored its long serving employees at the company's Headquarters on Monday.
The ceremony was attended by the senior management, divisional managers, team and section leaders and company employees.
One hundred and seventy three employees received awards marking 45, 40, 35, 30, 35, 20, 15 and 10 years' service. The Chief Executive Officer Ali Rashid Al-Jarwan and Senior Vice Presidents presented the long service certificates to the employees.
Addressing the gathering, Al-Jarwan thanked the honorees for their commitment, dedication and long attachment with the Company. "On behalf of ADMA-OPCO team, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of you for your commitment and dedication which contributed to the good performance of the company. We are also proud of you for your long attachment with ADMA-OPCO."
He said the honored employees, at their various levels, have become role models for the younger generation and their work sets a high standard that everyone strives to attain, urging all the employees to continue to work at the same high level of enthusiasm, energy and dedication to help achieve the company's objectives.
ADMA-OPCO has a well-established policy of rewarding staff for their long service. The awards are offered after every five years of service to encourage motivation and recognise the loyalty and experience of the staff. The number of recipients has increased significantly over the years, which is another sign of the staff's loyalty and a clear indication of the success of the company's strategy to retain its employees.
