Al Maydour highlighted the important role media support plays in achieving goals and supporting development, especially in the engineering sector. The Media, A Maydour added, "is the platform where we can showcase our excellence and best practices to the public, thus elevating the engineering sector at the state level."

Al Maydour also added that the support extended to the event by international engineering organizations, such as the World Federation of Engineering Organizations, the International Federation of Engineering Education, the Global Engineering Deans Council, and the Federation of Arab Engineers; will make this event a successful platform for exchanging engineering expertise, especially in terms of megaprojects.
