Batelco Proud to be Main Sponsor of Bahrain International Airshow for 5th Time
Manama, Bahrain: Batelco, Bahrain’s leading digital solutions provider has announced its support for the Bahrain International Airshow 2018 (BIAS 2018), which will take place at the Sakhir Airbase in the Kingdom of Bahrain from 14-16 November 2018.
The 5th edition of the Bahrain International Airshow will take place under the patronage of H.M. King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and under the supervision of Shaikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, King Hamad’s personal representative and Head of the BIAS Supreme Organising Committee. Bahrain International Airshow is organised by the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications and the Royal Bahraini Air Force in association with Farnborough International.
The announcement was formalized at a signing ceremony by H.E. the Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications and Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Organising Committee for BIAS, Engineer Kamal bin Ahmed Mohammed and Batelco Chairman Shaikh Mohamed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa.
His Excellency the Minister expressed his appreciation and pride at the role that Batelco plays in supporting key national events and also extended his gratitude for Batelco’s long-standing partnership.
“Batelco’s ongoing partnership is a testament to the Company’s commitment in taking part in key national initiatives that aim to boost economic activity within different sectors and highlight investment opportunities that the Kingdom has to offer.”

Shaikh Mohamed said that Batelco is honoured and delighted to extend its support to this event which is taking place for the 5th time in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
