Nasser Al Sarami: "We aim to become the world's largest specialised digital media platform in terms of content, data and services to reach out to as many users as possible"

Dubai: BASMA Media, the developer and operator of OMNESMEDIA.com, has announced the launch of its operations in the United States, the UK, India and Pakistan, in the run-up to expand globally after the company’s web portal has already secured a prominent position across the Arab region. The Chinese and Russian markets are also on radar for the next phase of expansion.

OMNESMEDIA.com is a specialised platform that provides innovative digital solutions covering all media sectors across the globe.

BASMA Media opened its first overseas office in the New York’s popular Manhattan area recently and already started working on the US market, which enjoys the lion’s share of the global advertising spending, said BASMA Media chief executive officer Nasser bin Saleh Al Sarami.

“The company is currently establishing and compiling the media profiles of its clientele, including media organisations, media people, and advertising agencies, to ensure achievement of its planned outreach across the US market,” explained Al Sarami.

He affirmed that the launch of the overseas operations on one of the world’s strongest markets taps new horizons for the company and its Web Portal. It also enhances the company’s global presence to reach the largest possible segments of specialists, professionals, and companies operating in various media, advertising and marketing sectors.

More than half a million of media companies and advertising agencies have so far listed to the company's digital platform, providing more momentum to BASMA Media's exposure and outreach efforts, he informed.

"The company has also opened an office in London that will serve as a gateway for BASMA Media to target different European countries, which host a large number of leading and prestigious media organisations and specialists,” he remarked.

Regarding Indian and Pakistani markets, Al Sarami said that the company recently entered into an extensive partnership agreement with a specialised company in India to represent BASMA Media.

“The Indian company will work on data collection and integration into OMNESMEDIA.com, which will enhance communication between our company and various media and advertising industry leaders in that part of the world,” he said, adding that India is a huge market with hundreds of thousands of media houses and companies specialising in advertising and marketing.

The company is now preparing to have access to the Chinese and Russian markets as part of its strategic plan to bring industry leaders under one single global media platform that caters to all kinds of media, marketing, and advertorial requirements, he revealed.

“BASMA Media, through its Web Portal OMNESMEDIA.com, seeks to be one of the world's most reliable sources for media and advertising content by becoming the largest specialised digital media platform in terms of volume of data and information, in addition to having access to the largest possible number of users,” he said.

OMNESMEDIA.com currently has about 100,000 media profiles across the Arab world besides more than 2,500 profiles and biographies for media figures and renowned personalities. The platform also includes about 30,000 profiles for companies operating in the advertising and marketing sector in addition to providing specialised industry content that is updated daily and around the clock.

Launched early this year, OMNESMEDIA.com is a unique online media solutions provider that empowers users to connect, measure and reach their objectives. It provides its users with numerous digital services, including specialised news services, media information about various companies operating across different sectors, specialised recruitment services, and data on themed events.
