Swiss franc rises to new 11-month high against euro

* EUR/CHF hits 1.0637 EBS low after extending south from 1.0702 (Tuesday high)

* 1.0637 is the lowest level since Nov 2020 (1.0630 was EBS low that month)

* Safe-haven franc continues to benefit from status as good inflation hedge

* EUR/CHF support points below 1.0630 include 1.0600 and 1.0500

* Swiss govt says SNB stressed need to maintain loose policy in meeting Weds
