Consular and Administrative Affairs Under-Secretary Tawfeeq Al Mansoor said the shift to e-payment using cards is part of the government’s directives to move to electronic transactions.

Electronic transactions will be a seamless process for beneficiaries of consular legalisations at the Foreign Ministry, in addition to the legalisation office at the Labour Market Regulatory Authority.
