Dubai, United Arab Emirates (February 17, 2015)

The Al Noor Training Centre for Children with Special Needs announces the launch of "Greetings by Al Noor" website aimed at encouraging corporates and individuals to support the cause of students with special needs and to protect the environment by reducing carbon footprint.

The event was launched by world-renowned artist Sacha Jafri, along with the Centre's students and local artists who also contributed their designs to the project. In attendance were Al Noor Board Members and management.

The website will feature an extensive collection of electronic cards designed by the students of Al Noor with contributions from local artists. The e-cards with classic and contemporary designs are an eco-friendly way to wish friends, loved ones and colleagues during occasions such as Ramadan, Eid, New Year, Season's Greetings, Mother's and Father's Day, Diwali, Birthdays and Wedding anniversaries.

Users can simply go to the online portal www.greetingsbyalnoor.com/temp/ , select the e-card that suits the occasion, personalize the greetings or even customize it and then send it via e-mail.

For more than two decades, Al Noor Training Center for Children with Special Needs, have been creating the traditional cards for corporates and individuals who are also supporting the students.

"We will continue producing the traditional cards so those who prefer the traditional way of writing on the card and sending it via post or courier can visit or call the Centre to purchase them. At the same time, we are going online so those who can't visit us can simply order and purchase the cards online by a click of a finger. By engaging in this exercise we also contribute to protecting our environment for this generation and also the coming generations," added Ms. Al-Khatib.
