Dubai - Emirates Post Group welcomed delegation from the Finance Department of Ajman headed by Mr. Ahmed Salem Madhani, Executive Director for institutional support. They were welcomed by Sami Al Khaja, CEO - Support Services, and Sultan Al Midfa, CEO of Postal Operations, and the two sides exchanged ideas on performance management and staff evaluation, in addition to sharing other best practices.

Welcoming the delegation, Mr. Fahad Al Hosani, Acting CEO of Emirates Post Group, stressed the importance of exchanging expertise in the development of performance management so that each organization can aim to be among the leading organizations by identifying areas that need improvement.

During the meeting, a detailed presentation on performance evaluation methodology was made by Emirates Post Group team which also covered effective ways of communicating with stakeholders and mechanisms for dealing with reports and decisions related to performance audits.

Mr. Ahmed Salem Madhani lauded Emirates Post Group's high levels of excellence in the field of performance management and staff evaluation mechanisms, which can serve a model for other institutions wishing to achieve excellence in public services and customer satisfaction.

Mr. Sami Al Khaja, while thanking the delegation for the visit, stressed the aligning corporate strategies to the government's Vision 2021, by throughglobal best practices, effective mechanisms of action and stronger partnershipswith government agencies.
