Globally, we now offer 14 lounges in six countries, whilst our signature ‘Meet & Greet’ service – which was our sole product in Dubai in 1991 – is now also available in Switzerland and will be launched in Australia, reflecting our ambition to extend Arabian hospitality from Dubai to the world.

"We’ve witnessed the evolution of airport travel experiences over the decades, and in the last year particularly there’s been a focus on enhanced hygiene and passenger safety protocols. The overall trend indicates that more travellers are looking to ease and enrich their time at the airport through our extensive range of services, which we will continue to grow and evolve to meet their needs. In Dubai this has included bespoke adjustments to make sure that international visitors arriving in the UAE for Expo 2020 Dubai are provided with extra levels of comfort and assurance."
