HOUSTON- Royal Dutch Shell Plc plans to keep its 227,400 barrel-per-day Norco, Louisiana, refinery in operation during the passage on shore of Hurricane Zeta, said sources familiar with plant operations on Tuesday.

Zeta is forecast to come ashore in southeast Louisiana on Wednesday, according to the U.S. National Hurricane Center. Shell may change its plans if the hurricane's forecast changes, the sources said.
