Russian domestic gas storages 97% filled, says energy minister

MOSCOW- Russia's domestic gas storages are 97% filled, Energy Minister Nikolai Shulginov said on Wednesday, with filling expected to be completed by Nov. 1.

The gas facilities of Russia's Gazprom are in the spotlight amid sky-rocketing European gas prices and quickly recovering demand.
