Experience Hub’s expert Customer Experience team won the following three awards:
- Won Overall Winner for the Gulf Customer Experience Awards – with the highest score out of all the entries!
- Best Contact Centre – Gold Award
- Employee Engagement & Happiness – Silver Award
The Gulf Customer Experience Awards are the region’s premier celebration of customer experience, acknowledging the incredible work of customer experience professionals across the Gulf. This year’s awards ceremony was held live in Dubai yesterday.
