Manama, Bahrain: The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) is pleased to announce a new feature for prospective property buyers as part of the bank’s mortgage loan offers. Customers can now pay their property registration fees in interest-free installments for up to 25 years, making it easier, faster and more convenient to own a new home with NBB, without additional fees.

In order to ease the financial burden of purchasing a new home, the one-time property registration fee may be optionally repaid in interest free installments up to 25 years without additional processing fees.

Subah Abdullatif Al Zayani, Chief Executive of Retail Banking at NBB, said: “Our customer-centric philosophy remains unchanged and the introduction of our new offering will provide an additional flexible repayment option that would undoubtedly ease the financial burden of purchasing a new home. We’re proud to be the first bank to provide such an offer, which reaffirms NBB’s commitment towards enabling our customers to meet their needs”.

The additional flexibility offered on mortgage loans is another step that NBB has taken to be closer to its customers and remains an important commitment toward the Kingdom’s real estate sector, specifically the housing market.
