Unitholders of Taleem REIT Fund to receive dividends for Q3

Riyadh – Mubasher: The unitholders of Taleem REIT Fund will be getting a cash dividend of SAR 0.12 per unit for the third quarter (Q3) of 2021, fund manager Saudi Fransi Capital announced on Monday,

The total amount of dividends will stand at SAR 6.12 million for 51 million outstanding units.

The entitlement date will be for unitholders registered at the end of 28 October, while the distribution of the dividends will be in November.

Saudi Fransi Capital earlier announced dividends worth SAR 12.24 million for the first half (H1) of 2021 to the unitholders of the REIT fund.
