Union National Bank has launched a “Smart Robot” which offers a new smart recruiting technology for the candidates during the Careers UAE exhibition that was held recently in Dubai.

UNB’s new technology in the recruitment and selection process through a Smart Robot will allow recruitment team to conduct and communicate effectively with all candidates without any difficulties remotely. The robot is designed with advanced features that help both parties to communicate clearly with each other. In addition, the interviewer will be able to control the robot’s action and reaction in terms of directions, heights, resolution, voice, video and other specifics.

Through the Smart Robot, the shortlisted candidates can do a live video interview with UNB executive managers and human resources directors which will facilitate the recruiting decision making process.

The Robot will interact with the applicants to understand visitation needs and put them through the bank’s right channels, assisted by the bank's staff.
