RIYADH — The Ministry of Justice said that property e-conveyance is available around the clock through Najiz portal. The development initiatives of the MoJ have led to the success of electronic conveyances of property.

The ministry has implemented several projects and reforms to enhance notarial efficiency and security, and save clients’ time and effort.

“The ministry has introduced an electronic process that allows the seller and buyer to complete the conveyance procedures and agree on details without the notary’s intervention,” the MoJ said.

In cooperation with the Saudi Central Bank, the ministry has expanded the e-service to cover Alinma, Al Rajhi and NCB banks.

It has also raised the upper value limit for electronic conveyance to SR3 million; and enabled digital verification of bank accounts and tax payments.
