Dubai: PH Real Estate is further cementing its reputation as a leading broker in the UAE, after winning a category in the 13th annual Luxury Lifestyle Awards.

Taking the crown as ‘The Best Luxury Real Estate Agency in Dubai, UAE”, MD Nick Grassick and his 70-strong team are celebrating in style at their prestigious Marina Plaza HQ.

Says Grassick: “Taking this award underlines our years of hard work. Adding more silverware to our trophy cabinet is always extremely gratifying, and we never rest on our laurels. Striving to be the best realtor in Dubai means we work to exceed client expectations, ensure we are abreast of training, trends and industry requirements, and most of all, stay true to our vision of working with integrity, honesty and transparency.”

For PH Real Estate, the award means it joins global household names representing the crème de la crème in every sector, from car marques like Ferrari to renowned hotel groups like Jumeirah. Other award winners include banks, concierge services, gourmet restaurants, clothing, perfume and jewellery companies, and watch brands, for example.

Alexander Chetchikov, a member of the Luxury Lifestyle Awards organising committee, says: "After a thorough research process, PH Real Estate has been distinguished as one of the best in this market. Your impeccable reputation and professional performance have been recognised and acknowledged."

The awards company, based in New York, says it strives to identify and reward those companies that “stand out for their drive for perfection and desire to deliver top-quality goods and services to demanding high-profile clients.”

Established in 2008, PH Real Estate is the name behind many milestones – Dubai’s most expensive villa sale in 2017, the most expensive land sale in 2018 and the most expensive rental property in 2019, for example.

PH Real Estate’s future has recently been bolstered by two new investment partners, Mamad Kashani-Akhavan and Vahid Mazaherioun, both of whom have deep real estate experience and see fantastic opportunities for the multiple-award winning brokerage.

PH Real Estate launched in Dubai in 2008. Under the leadership of Nick Grassick and his former partner, the company evolved from a team of three to now employing around 70 people.

PH Real Estate occupies a prestigious 5,000 square feet office space in Marina Plaza. It acts as exclusive agent for a number of Dubai's most expensive and iconic property developments. Sales, renting, letting, management and after sales are handled by PH Real Estate's highly-experienced team of real estate professionals, all of whom are RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) registered.
