Dubai, UAE: Gargash Group, one of the largest distributors of premium and luxury cars in the UAE, in collaboration with GAC MOTOR, China's top automakers, opened GAC Motor’s new showroom to the public in the UAE.

To mark the official opening of the flagship showroom on October 31, 2018, a distinguished gathering of automobile enthusiasts and special guests were held by Gargash Group, as they were invited to visit the showroom and celebrate this milestone. The evening ceremony was inaugurated by Mrs. Li Lingbing, the Consul General of the P.R. China in Dubai, Mr. ZENG Qinghong, the Chairman of GAC GROUP, Mr. Samir Gargash, the Chairman of Gargash Group and Mr. Shehab Gargash, the CEO of MD & Group, Gargash Group, in the presence of international delegations from GAC, senior Gargash Group executives and media friends.

Located at one of the city’s most-trafficked thoroughfares, the new showroom will take advantage of its strategic location to further enhance its brand awareness in the UAE. The spacious new showroom with all sale services under one roof, will greatly improve the living convenience of new and existing customers in Dubai and other emirates.

The new showroom is a part of Gargash Group’s major dealership expansion plans, and a significant move for the marque. Having a flagship showroom in Dubai places GAC MOTOR in the heart of the growing economy and reflects the overwhelming response that the brand has received over the years.

The launch ceremony also unveiled the automaker's star models GS7 and GS8 which will now be available for test drives and sales at the new showroom.

The GA8 is a bestseller among Chinese luxury sedans internationally and is a showpiece of China's high-end manufacturing industries. In addition to its composed exterior design, the sedan excels in functionality and riding comfort with features such as;

  • Powered by 320T engine that offers a maximum power of 148kW (201.28 horsepower) at 1,750 RPM and peak torque of 320N·m.
