Dubai: Bulldozer Group is planning to inaugurate nine restaurants in the GCC including Saudi Arabia and the UAE in 2018 and 2019.

The Dubai-based hospitality group is set to open new dining concepts within the next couple of months, the group’s founder and managing partner Evgeny Kuzin told Arabian business.

"We have more global plans for Hong Kong, London, and New York. We are investing a lot, but we have loyal customers, so we are doing great,” he said.

Bulldozer plans to open a Greek-Mediterranean restaurant in September at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) followed by the China Tang restaurant, which will serve Cantonese cuisine in rooms designed in Art Deco, the top official revealed.

Bulldozer Group is a boutique hospitality management company specialising in introducing the Middle East to the most prominent international hospitality brands.
