The Dubai Police's General Command are keen to innovate its services to further enhance customers’ satisfaction quotient.
The Clearance Certificate service is one of the smart services provided by the Dubai Police, which significantly contributed to reducing operational costs by 65 per cent and cut down the time required to avail the facility from 120 to only five minutes. The in-person requests are a 100 per cent success. There are also zero complaints and errors for customers who availed the service.
The service completely relies on artificial intelligence (AI) and passes through six stages and is available in more than one language.
Major-General Khalil Ibrahim Al Mansoori, Assistant Commander-in-Chief, Criminal Investigation Affairs, Dubai Police, stated that an initiative has been recently launched to issue a “good conduct” certificate for UAE residents with minor criminal records and financial cases in a bid to help them find jobs and reintegrate with the society.
He said, “The initiative is a part of the Dubai Police General Command's efforts to help UAE residents, who have a history of petty financial issues, to avail job opportunities and contribute to their integration with the society.”
Major General Al Mansoori emphasised that the Dubai Police General Command is keen to launch specific initiatives that would tackles issues and create positive vibes and also encourage UAE residents to find jobs in various fields and contribute richly to the society’s growth and development.
He added that Dubai Police issues thousands of error-free certificates every year.
