Ericsson announced the appointment of Lucky La Riccia as Head of Digital Services for Middle East and Africa as of 15 May 2019.

La Riccia will be driving business growth and capturing market opportunities within Middle East and Africa including Turkey in the Digital Transformation and Cloud domain. He started his career with Ericsson in 2004, taking up several leadership positions across the Digital Services portfolio within Asia Pacific and India in the technology areas of Operations Support System (OSS), Business support system (BSS), Service Layer and Multimedia. His strengths build upon a strong and broad technology understanding, extensive experience in delivering complex technology and business transformation programs and the virtualization of telecom operator solutions across multiple continents.
