China's consumer inflation is expected to be in a moderate range in 2023, People's Bank of China Governor Yi Gang said on Friday.

The central bank's accommodative policy will help support China's economic recovery, Yi said in a video speech to the Bank of Thailand-BIS conference in Bangkok. (Reporting by Kevin Yao; Editing by Tom Hogue)
