Strong Demand Spurs Launch of Over 200 Villas in Second Phase of DUBAILAND's Mudon Development

Dubai Properties (DP), the development arm of DPG, today launched over 200 villas in response to growing demand in its Mudon community from investors. The launch follows the initial sell-out of the first 398 townhouses in Mudon last year.
Investors are invited to register their interest online at dpg.ae from the 28th of May. For those on the move, DP has also created a mobile optimized version of the registration page. Registered investors will then be invited to meet with the Mudon sales team on June 1st and 2nd at the DP Sales Centre at Ras Al Khor.
Inspired by contemporary Arabic themed designs and courtyard settings which foster a local neighbourhood spirit, Villas in Rahat, the second phase of the sought-after Mudon community will consist of three, four and five bedroom properties surrounded by beautifully landscaped neighbourhood parks. The villas are competitively priced from AED 3 million and available plots range from 6700 sq. ft. to 10,000 sq. ft.
Set among an abundance of parkland, Rahat at Mudon will include leisure and community facilities for residents to enjoy, allowing them to lead a tranquil yet active and vibrant lifestyle. Cycle routes, jogging paths and children's play areas woven in-between the natural green open spaces will also enrich the well-being of residents.

Since its launch last year, Mudon's infrastructure and road network are near completion and community facilities planned for the future include a school and the recently announced 64,000 sq. ft. Community Centre which will be developed by DP. With the opening planned for early 2015, the Community Centre will host a supermarket, restaurants, a pool and gym, tennis courts, a mosque and children's playground. The community centre will also include a nursery, a clinic, and a multi-function community hall.
Mudon is located 15 minutes from the centre of Dubai and just over 10 minutes from Mall of the Emirates on the Umm Sequim Road.
