Company appoints Agama Technologies for implementation of program
Al-Falak Electronic Equipment & Supplies Company, a leading IT and communications solution provider, has announced it has been selected by the Emirates Telecommunications Corporations (Etisalat), the UAE's national telecommunication and broadband multimedia services provider, to provide a comprehensive video monitoring solution to analyze the quality of service and user experience.
Agama Technologies, provider of industry-leading expertise and solutions for video service quality assurance to TV operators worldwide, has been appointed by Al-Falak to build a monitoring system that can provide Etisalat with an end-to-end monitoring, auditing, analyzing and correlating events from primary head down to the end user devices such as set-top-boxes, smart phones, and tablets.
