United Arab Emirates: The market of single-use medical devices shows steady growth over the past 10 years. Experts say this fast-growing trend is far from over. Medical practices using disposable devices move sterilization upstream as a result, from healthcare facilities to the industry. It is estimated that 50% of all MD in the world are sterilized by ethylene oxide (EO) gas.
