SSH has been appointed by Marsa Al Seef Real Estate Investment Company to provide the design of Primary Infrastructure and updating of Master Planning services for the Marsa Al Seef mixed-use development, located on the northern coast of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
SSH’s services cover the initial 122-hectare site forming the first phase of what will ultimately be a 235-hectare project.
The Marsa Al Seef development will be a self-contained waterfront city with extensive residential and leisure components, and complementary commercial opportunities set off-shore from the historic traditional fishing villages of Bahrain.
SSH is a leading provider of infrastructure, master planning, building design, and construction supervision services in the region, with more than 130 projects in our team’s collective portfolio. The project will be designed and managed by the team at the SSH Bahrain office.
