Amman: Skydive Jordan 2012, the newly launched event that reintroduces the skydiving sport in Jordan, which is organized by the Royal Aero Sports Club of Jordan (RASCJ) in partnership with Skydive Dubai, starts its operations tomorrow Friday June 8th, at Beit Ali Lodge in Wadi Rum and it will continue till June 30th, where 800 sports' enthusiasts from different countries from all over the globe have booked for their skydiving experience in Jordan.
During these three weeks, there will be a number of Skydiving activities, RASCJ will be offering a number of other aero sports that would cater for the needs and requirements of aero sports' enthusiasts, who would like to enjoy an aviation experience over Jordan's beautiful landscapes and ancient ruins. There will be Hot air-balloon rides overseeing Wadi Rum; in addition to 'Ultra-light' and 'Micro-light' flying trips over Wadi Rum.
Skydive Jordan 2012 was launched earlier this year on Thursday April 19th, 2012 in Wadi Rum with the presence of Jordanian and regional media representatives as well as representatives from Skydive Dubai and the Royal Aero Sports Club of Jordan.
Skydive Jordan event's exclusive sponsor is Skydive Dubai. The event's partners are Ayla Aviation Academy and Zain-Jordan as the telecom exclusive sponsor, Movenpick Resort and Residences Aqaba, Movenpick Resort & Spa Tala Bay Aqaba; in addition, the event's Telecommunications Partner is Zain and media sponsors are Roya' TV, U Men, Viva, JO, On Campus and Majalitna as well as Beat 102.5.
