Dubai, UAE, 01 October 2015: Sharp Middle East and Africa has announced it will be participating in the 11th edition of the Patient Safety Middle East Conference, which will be held on 4-6 October at the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre. During the exhibition, Sharp will launch its latest healthcare products and solutions that combine unique design and state-of-the-art technology.

Sharp will for the first time in the Middle East showcase their latest models incorporating its Plasmacluster Air Decontamination technology, which are dedicated towards the protection of both facilities and asthmatic patients respectively. The technology uses unique and patent technology to help purify the air in hospitals and medical facilities by emitting highly safe positive and negative ions to deactivate allergens & micro-organisms in the surrounding atmosphere. This is efficient in protecting healthcare workers and patients from viral & bacterial infections. The Plasmacluster technology, which belongs to Sharp, also helps asthmatic patients by cleaning 99% airborne allergens and viruses improving the patient's quality of life.
Sharp will also showcase their revolutionary technologies in the field of Washer Disinfectors, the all-in-one Washer Disinfectors that encompasses both the ultrasonic cleaner and the washer disinfector in one single unit, and the patent Vacuum Low Temperature Boil (VLB) technology which efficiently cleans all kinds of delicate and intricate instruments including tubular instruments without the requirement of a nozzle assembly. Sharp aims to support the hospitals with a solution that is designed to maximize efficiency by saving time, space, cost, while achieving a high cleaning performance.
