Dubai Mall outlet reopened under stores new look

Dubai, UAE, October 19, 2011: Sacoor Brothers, the leading international fashion and lifestyle brand based out of Portugal, announced a major worldwide expansion plan with a series of market debuts and store openings. As part of the aggressive growth plans, Sacoor Brothers has debuted in London and Kuwait, while work is underway to launch outlets in Abu Dhabi, and Singapore in the next few months.

The brand successfully launched a store in Kuwait's upscale 360 Mall a few months ago and is already looking for other locations. In London Sacoor Brothers opened at Westfield London and Westfield Stratford only days apart, with a third store scheduled to open in Bluewater early next year. Sacoor Brothers also plans to launch the brand in Singapore, in beginning of 2012.

This announcement was made during the reopening of its flagship store at The Dubai Mall in an evening full of fashion and entertainment. The event saw a fusion of lights and action, turning the store into a cinematic venue under the theme of 'Lights, Camera and Action'. With a red carpet welcome, VIP guests were treated to a night where fashion came to life.

With a live jazz trio entertaining guests, models showcased a preview of Sacoor Brothers' men and women collections for the fall/winter season under the shop's centerpiece of décor; an impressive crystal chandelier. The models were also posing on lounges and chairs as well as at the store's display windows to entertain mall-goers. Adding to the excitement of the evening, Marie Veronique and DJ James Locksmith left guests spellbound with their performances. The new store is located on the ground floor of the Mall opposite the Aquarium and measuring 220 square meters.

Sacoor Brothers also recently announced a deal with FC Barcelona making it the "Official FC Barcelona Suit" partner. Sacoor Brothers, who already provided the "Official FC Barcelona Suit" in the 2007/08 and 2008/09 seasons, will continue dressing the professional football, basketball, handball, futsal, and roller hockey teams until 2014.

Sacoor Brothers currently operates eight stores in the UAE, one in Kuwait, which is part of 50 stores situated in 6 countries across the Middle East, United Kingdom, Portugal, Spain, and Belgium. The company was established in Lisbon in 1989.
