The four years contract has helped Rixos The Palm Dubai yield strong results amounting to an average of 25% monthly cost saving benefits in their over-all print related expenditure, in addition to increased service quality and efficiency of print fleet management.

Rixos The Palm Dubai required a highly cost effective and innovative print solution that can increase the efficiency of their printing fleet and also introduce superior facilities for guests including high quality guest printing, mobile printing and web-based Google cloud prints.

"Prior to Canon's MPS deal we had a contract with a different vendor for printing fleet and maintenance for which we were actually pretty satisfied. However, after seeing Canon's approach which gives us a 25% of monthly cost savings straight away, we were convinced it was time to switch over to Canon.
