Ras Al Khaimah 27-Mar, 2008: The Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone has launched its new project "INJAZ" as a strategic training unit of the Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone Authority Human Resources Department.

INJAZ, initially founded under the name of the Center for Business Excellence in 2006, is fast becoming a hub of development in the emirate and is strategically located at the Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone's Business Park. The concept was designed with the objective of increasing the business development level of zone employees.

The Center's vision is to provide strategic training and development through the means of professional and personal opportunities designed to consistently "link learning to life"

INJAZ center aims to create an environment that inspires, empowers and educates FZ employees, clients and surrounding community of RAK to enhance and support continuous development through focused, individualized and state of art programs.

The center is participating in the AGEX Education, Training and Career Exhibition at the RAK Expo Center from Wednesday March 26 to Friday March 28, 2008 in an effort to reach out to the community of Ras Al Khaimah and to highlight the services offered to both RAK Free Zone employees and the residents of the emirate.

It became increasingly evident in 2007 that the need for the high quality training and development options in Ras Al Khaimah was growing as rapidly as the emirate itself. In response to the demand, the challenges of globalization and changes in business models today, the Zone's INJAZ Training Center opened its doors to the public to offer a variety of courses to meet the diverse needs of the RAK Free Zone employees, clients and the community of Ras Al Khaimah.

The center was recently awarded the honor of receiving the Sheik Saqr Program for Government Excellence Award for "Best Administrative Practices 2007."  

INJAZ Training Center offered a various training course such as Business Communication, IT courses, project management, leadership & team building course in addition to scholarship program and E-learning solution.

Furthermore, the zone's INJAZ Training Center is specialized in providing ICDL Courses in Arabic and English, the only TOEFL iBT (Internet based Test) center in Ras Al Khaimah offering this international test as well as a wide variety of business and computer courses. Thus, the Centre is working hard to provide an integrated environment for its members and society as a whole which will help the center to play a leading role in the emirate

The services which offered by the center are wide and diverse ranging from organizing of programs and events, renting training rooms and training materials to stocking library with the latest books.

The Zone stand has witnessed a good presence of schools and university students in addition to business people who have shown their interest by registering in some of the various courses offered by the Zone's INJAZ Training Center.
