Ras Al Khaimah: H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah and Chairman of the Ras Al Khaimah Judicial Council, today chaired the meeting of the Judicial Council held at the RAK Ruler's Court here.
The Judicial Council meeting decided to establish a Civil Prosecution section within the Public Prosecution Department at RAK Courts. The meeting also discussed business plans and distribution of work at the Court of First Instance, Court of Appeal and the Public Prosecution Department in line with the vision of RAK Courts to develop a world- class judicial system in the emirate.

The Judicial Council also decided on filling up of vacancies at RAK Courts and promotion of some judicial members.
The meeting was attended by members of the Judicial Council including Sheikh Abdullah bin Humaid bin Abdullah Al Qasimi, Chief of the Office of H.H. The Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, Ahmed Mohammed Al Khatri, Chairman of Ras Al Khaimah Courts, Jihad Quzmar, Legal Advisor to the Government of Ras Al Khaimah, Hasan Saeed Al Habsi, Attorney General, Ibrahim Al Manaie, President of the Court of Appeal and Hassan Abu Al Rughah, President of the Court of First Instance.
