The Saudi Arabia Boot Camp 2012, a technical training course conducted by "QlikView Arabia", was held recently in Sheraton Hotel, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Boot Camp was designed to update business partners with the latest skills and advancements in the field so that they continue to provide cutting edge solutions to their clients. "QlikView Arabia" offers a new kind of business intelligence software that helps one take smarter informed decisions faster, and without guessing.
The participants of the Boot Camp were employees of "QlikView Arabia" and among the partners those who attended were: Pioneer Information Technology, Fayhaa Computer, E-Solutions House and Point Solutions. Total of 18 members attended the training that was delivered by Haider Ali Sayeed, Pre-Sales Team Lead, Middle East and Africa QlikTech.
Mr. Hayssam El Masri - Managing Director of QlikView Arabia said, "We offered immersive experience to the participants with Boot Camp style curriculum for the three different subjects - Designer, Developer and Server Publisher courses. Spread over five days, two days was allocated each for Designer and Developer courses while one day was dedicated for the Server Publisher course."
The Designer course is a scenario based course covering the fundamentals required to get started building QlikView Arabia applications. While the Developer course as well as the Server Publisher course lays down the foundation for building more effective value based solutions.
Mr. Mohammed Own, Associate Consultant at Qlikview Arabia added, "The Server Publisher course is for System Administrators to develop and sharpen their skills in product installations, deployment methods and security integration with the "QlikView Arabia" platform. The course progresses from a basic, single-server installation to more advanced configurations involving QlikView Server and Publisher."
