OSN, the home of premium movies and the latest series, will offer an unparalleled breadth of blockbuster movies, returning and new series to mark the New Year.
January alone will see the premiere of over 20 new and returning shows as well as a movie premiere every day. OSN subscribers can enjoy the biggest shows at the same time in the region as in the US and in spectacular HD, with the option to catch up anytime, anywhere on OSN Play.

We are further strengthening our roster of first-and-exclusive content this year with more than 25 new series being aired at the same time as in the US and at least one year ahead of free-to-air channels. We are also bringing the excitement from the Red Carpet as the award season commences in January, another reason that makes OSN the go-to network in the New Year."
To mark the New Year, this January 20 new and returning shows will premiere including the popular singing reality competition, American Idol, which returns for the 14th season exclusively on OSN First HD. The show is hosted by Ryan Seacrest, Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban, and Harry Connick Jr and features some of the best talent in America. Viewers can tune in for this musical treat every Thursday and Friday starting from 8 Jan at 21:00 KSA at the same time as the US.
Marvel lovers can look forward to Agent Carter, the story of Peggy Carter, a S.H.I.E.L.D agent during WW2, whose boyfriend, Steve Rogers (Captain America) is feared dead in an explosion. OSN viewers can watch the show every Wednesday at the same time as the US from 7 Jan at 20:00 KSA.
Other programming highlights on OSN First HD include the first season of Legends which premieres on 7 Jan at 22:00 KSA. An American crime drama TV series, Legends is based on the eponymous novel by Robert Littell. The plot centres on Martin Odum, an undercover FBI agent who changes himself into a different person for each case.
Banshee, an award-winning HBO series, untangles the story of an ex-con and master thief who assumes the identity of a murdered sheriff and continues his criminal activities. However, he is haunted by those he betrayed years earlier. This ex-con imposes his own brand of justice where violence erupts at every turn in the not so quiet Amish town, Banshee, Pennsylvania. Catch the show every Monday starting from 12 Jan at 22:00 KSA at the same time as the US.
Audiences looking to laugh out loud can tune into OSN First comedy and enjoy season 4 of Two Broke Girls, about two young women waitressing at a greasy spoon diner who strike up an unlikely friendship in the hope of launching a successful business - if only they can raise the cash.
With a new movie premiere every day at 21:00 KSA, OSN Movies HD will be bring 50 movies each month including some of the most anticipated blockbusters. January's line-up includes: The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies and Captain America - The Winter Soldier to name a few. OSN Movies Box Office which premieres movies within three months of its theatrical release will showcase the action-packed and star-studded Expendables 3 starting from 2 Jan on OSN Movies Box Office 1, alongside Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles from 9 on OSN Movies Box Office 1, and the mega-hit The Maze Runner from 29 Jan on OSN Movies Box Office 1.
In addition, exclusive to OSN, E!, the ultimate red carpet destination, will showcase all the glitz and glamour from the red carpet starting with the 2015 Golden Globe Awards on January 11, 2015 at 02:00 KSA followed by the 2015 People's Choice Awards on January 7, 04:00; and the Screen Actors Guild Awards on January 25, 02:00 KSA.
