Amman, Jordan - March 2011 - Bustami and Saheb Trading Co. (BSTC), the exclusive dealers of NISSAN in Jordan, invited its employees to a lunch held in their honor, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, as a gesture of gratitude and appreciation for their efforts and hard work to realize the company's goals and achievements for the year 2010.
CEO of BSTC, Imad Bustami, commended in his welcoming speech the employees' energies and continuous efforts to bring about great success and achievements to their company. He also addressed the most important achievements of BSTC during the last year, namely, achieving sales targets, after sales profits, and the launch of the new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) department.
He went on to introduce the new upcoming developments for 2011. Some of these include a new "Body and Paint Shop" in Tabarbour, an agreement with the Jordanian government providing them with 300 electric cars by the end of 2012, new NISSAN cars joining the current lineup including the Micra, Juke, and Maxima, and an extended warranty covering five years or 150,000km.
BSTC will ring in 2011 with a lot of exciting additions. Noting the already achieved goals from the past year and all the expected success to come, there will be a location switch to add to the BSTC family. The NISSAN operations will be totally moved to the Mecca Street showroom allowing the Wadi Saqra branch to be renovated and become the Infiniti showroom.
He added that BSTC would be the only authorized Infiniti dealer.
After listing past, present, and future accomplishments, Mr. Bustami pointed out that this event was aimed at strengthening its relationships with the staff, to motivate them towards the one team spirits. He also thanked everyone for attending and praised all departments for their synergetic team spirit in leading the company to its success.
