National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) celebrated "Gergean" today with the lodgers of Social Care Centers at the special garden of the elders' day care center. The celebration consisted of an attractive entertainment show performed by a Russian band and the kids' beloved cartoon characters, with the presence of a face painting specialist and members of NBK's PR team. All the present had a wonderful time amid this joyful carnival filled with fun contests, games, and a lot of gifts and prizes.
NBK's PR Manager, Manal Faisal Al Mattar stated that NBK's visits to care centers and hospitals during the holy month of Ramadan reflect NBK's high sense of duty and responsibility towards all those in need within the society.
Al Mattar added: "This initiative is part of NBK's charity campaign "Do Good Deeds in Ramadan" which the bank has been successfully carrying out for the last twelve years. It is consisting of many social charity activities to provide financial and moral support to different institutions and organizations, in addition to voluntary contributions and humanitarian visits to the ill, the elders, and those with special needs because we, at NBK, do care and offer a helping hand and a warm smile of support to all in need".
